It contains lutein, zeaxanthin, selenium & omega-3s that also help decrease free radical damage to the body cells. The body cannot produce lutein or zeaxanthin so they must be obtained from the diet or from supplementation.

Adults - Take 2 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
