Adults
To help prevent magnesium deficiency:
- Women - 9 tablets per day in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at any one time)
- Men - 11 tablets per day in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at any one time)
Children under 18 - only as professionally prescribed
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. Do not take more than 3 tablets at one time unless professionally prescribed.
