One-a-day Selemite B antioxidant supplement is formulated with organic selenium. It helps reduce free radical damage and oxidative stress to body cells. These Blackmores capsules are more easily absorbed by your body as they are made with organic selenium (selenomethionine).
Selenium is an essential mineral which is an important part of our antioxidant defence system. Finally, it also assists with healthy thyroid hormone production and maintains general wellbeing.

🧪 Ingredients:
High selenium yeast (equiv. to elemental selenium 100 microgram) 83.4 mg
Adults - Take 1 tablet a day.
Children under 12 years - Only as professionally prescribed.
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains yeast. Check with your doctor before using during pregnancy or breastfeeding
